Infrastructure

We rely on established hosting and infrastructure providers and keep certificates, backups and software maintained.

Incident response

We maintain a process for investigating and responding to security incidents, including notifying affected customers where appropriate or required.

Shared responsibility

Customers are responsible for their own users, credentials, permissions and how they use outputs from our services.
